O&nbsp;syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed se m\u00e1lo mluv\u00ed a&nbsp;obecn\u011b se trochu pova\u017euje za&nbsp;selh\u00e1n\u00ed&#8230;.nenechte se p\u0159ekvapit a&nbsp;d\u00edvejte se kolem sebe. T\u0159eba nehroz\u00ed zrovna v\u00e1m, ale n\u011bkomu bl\u00edzk\u00e9mu&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dne\u0161n\u00ed rychl\u00e1 doba nahr\u00e1v\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00fdm civiliza\u010dn\u00edm chorob\u00e1m a&nbsp;onemocn\u011bn\u00edm, kter\u00e9 jsou d\u016fsledkem dlouhodob\u00e9ho nedostatku sp\u00e1nku, tlaku na&nbsp;v\u00fdkon, \u0161patn\u00e9 \u017eivotospr\u00e1vy a&nbsp;stresu. Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00e1 na&nbsp;n\u00e1s \u010d\u00edhaj\u00ed je i&nbsp;syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed. Pokud se dlouhodob\u011b c\u00edt\u00edte emo\u010dn\u011b vy\u010derpan\u00ed, extr\u00e9mn\u011b unaven\u00ed, nemocn\u00ed s\u00a0nechut\u00ed do&nbsp;\u010dehokoliv nov\u00e9ho nebo neschopni se soust\u0159edit, m\u011bli byste zpozorn\u011bt, zda i&nbsp;v\u00e1m nehroz\u00ed syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00fd v\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee vy\u0159adit ze hry i&nbsp;na dlouhou dobu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Jste vy\u010derpan\u00ed, frustrovan\u00ed a&nbsp;bez iluz\u00ed?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>M\u016f\u017eete c\u00edtit nedostatek energie a&nbsp;v\u011bt\u0161inu dn\u00ed se c\u00edtit unaven\u00ed.
