J\u00e1 sama si n\u011bkdy \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m, jestli toho u\u017e nen\u00ed n\u011bjak moc&#8230;.Ale asi je to dob\u0159e, je pot\u0159eba okoln\u00ed sv\u011bt neust\u00e1le nab\u00e1dat ke zm\u011bn\u011b pohledu. Ke zm\u011bn\u011b pohledu nejen na&nbsp;sv\u011bt, ale i&nbsp;na sebe sama. A&nbsp;to je to, kde asi v\u011bt\u0161ina z&nbsp;n\u00e1s skon\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e se rozhodne &#8220;j\u00edt na&nbsp;to pozitivn\u011b&#8221;. Vlastn\u011b nev\u00edme, co to prakticky znamen\u00e1 a&nbsp;jak se to d\u011bl\u00e1. P\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00edm v\u00e1m teda p\u00e1r tip\u016f a&nbsp;my\u0161lenek, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017eou.<\/h3>\n<p>Pozitivn\u00ed my\u0161len\u00ed nen\u00ed o&nbsp;tom, \u017ee od te\u010f za\u010dnete na&nbsp;v\u0161e \u0159\u00edkat bezhlav\u011b &#8220;ano&#8221; a&nbsp;nep\u0159\u00ed\u010detn\u011b se usm\u00edvat i&nbsp;v situac\u00edch, kdy je to krajn\u011b nevhodn\u00e9. Ani to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee se p\u0159es noc stanete lep\u0161\u00edmi a&nbsp;uc\u00edt\u00edte zm\u011bnu hned. Rozhodn\u011b se vyplat\u00ed vytrvat. V\u00fdsledky stoj\u00ed za&nbsp;to!<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd z&nbsp;n\u00e1s m\u00e1 v&nbsp;sob\u011b k\u00f3d, podle kter\u00e9ho jedn\u00e1, vn\u00edm\u00e1 sv\u00e9 okol\u00ed a&nbsp;p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed. Je to d\u00e1no z&nbsp;velk\u00e9 m\u00edry t\u00edm, co n\u00e1m p\u0159edali rodi\u010de a&nbsp;na\u0161e bl\u00edzk\u00e9 okol\u00ed, jak jednali v&nbsp;ur\u010dit\u00fdch situac\u00edch apod. Nas\u00e1vali jsme to jako houby a&nbsp;pak si to nev\u011bdomky neseme \u017eivotem d\u00e1l&#8230;.a pak p\u0159ijde moment, kdy to chceme zm\u011bnit a&nbsp;vlastn\u011b nev\u00edme co a&nbsp;jak. V\u00edme jen, \u017ee &#8220;m\u00e1me myslet pozitivn\u011b&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Hodn\u011b lid\u00ed to brzo vzd\u00e1, proto\u017ee to &#8220;bol\u00ed&#8221;.\u00a0Tak pozor &#8211; <strong>p<\/strong><strong>ozitivn\u00ed my\u0161len\u00ed ur\u010dit\u011b nebol\u00ed!\u00a0<\/strong>Jen jako v\u0161echny nov\u00e9 dovednosti to ze za\u010d\u00e1tku vy\u017eaduje trochu cviku. V\u017edy\u0165 a\u017e 80% \u010dasu, kdy jsme vzh\u016fru \u00fadajn\u011b tr\u00e1v\u00edme negativn\u00edm uva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm! Tak je pot\u0159eba &#8220;p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit&#8221; na\u0161i mysl, \u017ee to jde i&nbsp;jinak. Mozek je sval, tak ho to m\u016f\u017eeme nau\u010dit. Poj\u010fte tr\u00e9novat&#8230;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Pozitivn\u011b myslet znamen\u00e1 zm\u011bnit postoj k&nbsp;sob\u011b sama. Pak skrze pozitivn\u00ed postoj k&nbsp;sob\u011b m\u016f\u017eu rozv\u00edjet pozitivn\u00ed postoj k&nbsp;ostatn\u00edm, k&nbsp;tomu, co d\u011blaj\u00ed a&nbsp;co se d\u011bje kolem n\u00e1s.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Jak to tak b\u00fdv\u00e1, mus\u00edme za\u010d\u00edt hlavn\u011b u&nbsp;sebe. Pozitivn\u00ed my\u0161len\u00ed v\u00e1m bude fungovat pouze a&nbsp;jen tehdy, pokud budete v&nbsp;souladu s&nbsp;t\u00edm, jak vn\u00edm\u00e1te sami sebe! Pokud p\u0159ijmete sami sebe, svoje aktivity a&nbsp;v\u0161e co se kolem v\u00e1s d\u011bje opravdov\u011b pozitivn\u011b (t\u00edm mysl\u00edm \u017ee si s\u00e1hnete do&nbsp;sv\u011bdom\u00ed a&nbsp;nebudete jen p\u0159edst\u00edrat, \u017ee je v\u0161e zalit\u00e9 sluncem, ale \u017ee to budete opravdu pro\u017e\u00edvat), budete moci za\u010d\u00edt vid\u011bt i&nbsp;okoln\u00ed sv\u011bt pozitivn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><em>Kdy\u017e budu vn\u00edmat sama sebe jako trosku, kter\u00e1 nikdy nic nedok\u00e1zala a&nbsp;nedok\u00e1\u017ee, \u0159\u00edkat si, \u017ee se proti m\u011b v\u0161ichni spikli a&nbsp;v\u0161echno stoj\u00ed za&nbsp;prd, nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9, abych vid\u011bla pozitiva v&nbsp;ostatn\u00edch a&nbsp;dok\u00e1zala si i&nbsp;z negativn\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed vz\u00edt kus pozitiva. Prost\u011b se mi ty negativa budou d\u00edt d\u00e1l, proto\u017ee to tak m\u00e1m.<\/em> A&nbsp;jak je zn\u00e1mo:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Kam sm\u011b\u0159ujeme na\u0161i energii a&nbsp;pozornost, tam to s\u00edl\u00ed! aneb<\/p>\n<p>To, \u010demu v\u011b\u0159\u00edme, se stane!<\/p>\n<p>To, \u010demu vzdorujeme, s\u00edl\u00ed!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Prakticky za\u010dn\u011bte t\u0159eba zamy\u0161len\u00edm nad t\u00edm, jak vn\u00edm\u00e1te sami sebe, jak k&nbsp;sob\u011b p\u0159istupujete. Proto se sami sebe zeptejte, zda se up\u0159\u00edmn\u011b dovedete p\u0159ijmout takov\u00ed, jac\u00ed jste? Zach\u00e1z\u00edte sami se sebou jako s&nbsp;n\u011bk\u00fdm, na&nbsp;kom v\u00e1m z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed a&nbsp;koho m\u00e1te r\u00e1di? Kdy naposled jste se pochv\u00e1lili?<\/p>\n<p>Pozitivn\u011b myslet znamen\u00e1 t\u0159eba tak\u00e9 to, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eete aktivn\u011b ovlivnit to, co a&nbsp;jak se kolem v\u00e1s d\u011bje, t\u00edm, \u017ee situaci c\u00edlen\u011b popisujete tak, jak chcete, aby dopadla. Mus\u00edte tomu v\u0161ak opravdu v\u011b\u0159it. Ne nadarmo se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee <strong>na\u0161e my\u0161lenky ur\u010duj\u00ed, jakou kvalitu bude m\u00edt n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot a&nbsp;zda v&nbsp;n\u011bm budeme \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed a&nbsp;\u0161\u0165astn\u00ed.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Zkuste si po&nbsp;dobu alespo\u0148 1 t\u00fddne za\u010d\u00edt a&nbsp;ukon\u010dit den pozitivn\u00edmi my\u0161lenkami. Na&nbsp;konci ka\u017ed\u00e9ho dne si ud\u011blejte \u010das na&nbsp;kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 shrnut\u00ed, kdy si nap\u00ed\u0161ete 2 negativn\u00ed a&nbsp;3 pozitivn\u00ed polo\u017eky. F\u00edgl je v&nbsp;tom, \u017ee t\u011bch pozitivn\u00edch mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u017edy v\u00edc. Nebo to, \u017ee jsem sch\u016fzku nestihla je dob\u0159e, mohla dopadnout \u0161patn\u011b a&nbsp;p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b bude lep\u0161\u00ed konstelace. Nebo mohl p\u016fvodn\u00ed spoj vykolejit a&nbsp;vy\u0159adit m\u011b z&nbsp;provozu na&nbsp;mnohem del\u0161\u00ed dobu ne\u017e jedno zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed. A&nbsp;to \u017ee pr\u0161\u00ed? Nebude sucho a&nbsp;vzduch po&nbsp;de\u0161ti je v\u017edycky kr\u00e1sn\u011b vo\u0148av\u00fd.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 osobn\u011b se sna\u017e\u00edm v\u017edy v&nbsp;negativn\u00edch situac\u00edch vid\u011bt i&nbsp;tato pozitiva. Dokonce jsem se p\u0159istihla, \u017ee to n\u011bkdy d\u011bl\u00e1m u\u017e automaticky. Ale neda\u0159\u00ed se to v\u017edycky. A&nbsp;tak je to v&nbsp;po\u0159\u00e1dku. M\u016f\u017eu ale s&nbsp;klidn\u00fdm sv\u011bdom\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee nyn\u00ed je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed procentu\u00e1ln\u00ed pod\u00edl toho, kdy vid\u00edm v\u011bci pozitivn\u011b ne\u017e negativn\u011b. A&nbsp;ty negativn\u00ed?
