Tahle situace sama o&nbsp;sob\u011b b\u00fdv\u00e1 stresuj\u00edc\u00ed a&nbsp;do toho p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed spoustu otazn\u00edk\u016f a&nbsp;nejasnost\u00ed. \u010casto se na&nbsp;m\u011b obrac\u00ed maminky s&nbsp;dotazy&#8230;Sepsala jsem pro V\u00e1s p\u0159ehledn\u00fd manu\u00e1l s&nbsp;informacemi, kter\u00e9 se m\u016f\u017eou hodit<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Rodi\u010dovsk\u00e1 dovolen\u00e1 &#8211; tzn. volno od va\u0161eho zam\u011bstnavatele trv\u00e1 <strong>maxim\u00e1ln\u011b do&nbsp;3 let<\/strong> v\u011bku va\u0161eho d\u00edt\u011bte<\/li><li>Pokud jste m\u011bli smlouvu na&nbsp;dobu ur\u010ditou a&nbsp;ta kon\u010dila b\u011bhem va\u0161\u00ed MD\/RD, pak pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br kon\u010d\u00ed t\u00edmto dnem<\/li><li>Rodi\u010dovsk\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek m\u016f\u017eete do\u010derpat i&nbsp;po n\u00e1stupu do&nbsp;pr\u00e1ce, to se nevylu\u010duje<\/li><li>S d\u00edt\u011btem m\u016f\u017eete z\u016fstat doma d\u00e9le ne\u017e 3 roky &#8211; pak je pot\u0159eba domluvit se se zam\u011bstnavatelem a&nbsp;po\u017e\u00e1dat o&nbsp;neplacen\u00e9 volno. <ul><li>Zam\u011bstnavatel t\u00e9to \u017e\u00e1dosti <strong>mus\u00ed vyhov\u011bt pouze pokud m\u00e1te d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd d\u016fvod nenastoupit<\/strong> (nevzali v\u00e1m d\u00edt\u011b do&nbsp;M\u0160, nem\u00e1te jinou mo\u017enost zajistit p\u00e9\u010di). V&nbsp;ostatn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech v\u00e1m vyhov\u011bt <strong>nemus\u00ed<\/strong> a&nbsp;je to jen na&nbsp;jeho dobr\u00e9 v\u016fli a&nbsp;spole\u010dn\u00e9 domluv\u011b.<\/li><li>B\u011bhem t\u00e9to doby v\u0161ak <strong>u\u017e nejste chr\u00e1n\u011bni proti v\u00fdpov\u011bdi <\/strong>(do 3 let v\u011bku v\u0161ak ano)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed doba pro zah\u00e1jen\u00ed vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;va\u0161em n\u00e1vratu je cca 3 m\u011bs\u00edce p\u0159ed skon\u010den\u00edm RD. Doporu\u010duji ale b\u00fdt v&nbsp;kontaktu se zam\u011bstnavatelem i&nbsp;b\u011bhem cel\u00e9 doby RD<\/li><li>Zam\u011bstnavatel v\u00e1s v\u0161ak nemus\u00ed za\u0159adit zp\u011bt na&nbsp;toto\u017enou pozici a&nbsp;pracovi\u0161t\u011b. Mus\u00ed v\u00e1m ale <strong>nab\u00eddnout pr\u00e1ci<\/strong> dle toho, co m\u00e1te uvedeno <strong>ve smlouv\u011b a&nbsp;dodr\u017eet v\u0161echny uveden\u00e9 podm\u00ednky a&nbsp;pracovn\u00ed za\u0159azen\u00ed.<\/strong> Tzn. \u017ee \u010d\u00edm v\u00edc specifikovanou m\u00e1te pozici, t\u00edm je pravd\u011bpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee dostanete stejnou nebo podobnou pozici jako p\u0159ed odchodem. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Pokud pro v\u00e1s zam\u011bstnavatel vhodnou pr\u00e1ci nem\u00e1, existuj\u00ed 3 sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>P\u0159ijde s&nbsp;<strong>n\u00e1vrhem na&nbsp;zm\u011bnu<\/strong> pracovn\u00ed smlouvy a&nbsp;t\u00edm p\u00e1dem i&nbsp;va\u0161eho pracovn\u00edho za\u0159azen\u00ed. Jin\u00fdmi slovy v\u00e1m nab\u00eddne jin\u00fd druh pozice nebo jin\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. S&nbsp;t\u00edm v\u0161ak vy <strong>mus\u00edte souhlasit<\/strong>, jinak je jak\u00e1koliv \u00faprava \u010di dodatek smlouvy neplatn\u00fd.<\/li><li>Pokud se nedohodnete, m\u016f\u017eete dostat <strong>v\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f z&nbsp;d\u016fvodu p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek<\/strong> na&nbsp;stran\u011b zam\u011bstnavatele. Pak m\u00e1te <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">n\u00e1rok na&nbsp;n\u00e1hradu mzdy do&nbsp;doby skon\u010den\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru<\/span> &#8211; tzn. ne\u017e v\u00e1m uplyne v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016fta<\/li><li>M\u016f\u017eete tak\u00e9 dostat <strong>v\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f pro nadbyte\u010dnost <\/strong>&#8211; nap\u0159. pokud b\u011bhem va\u0161\u00ed RD do\u0161lo k&nbsp;organiza\u010dn\u00edm zm\u011bn\u00e1m a&nbsp;va\u0161e pozice byla zru\u0161ena apod. V&nbsp;tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u00e1te <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">n\u00e1rok na&nbsp;odstupn\u00e9<\/span>. Pro nadbyte\u010dnost m\u016f\u017eete ukon\u010dit pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br i&nbsp;<strong>dohodou<\/strong> (tzn. okam\u017eit\u011b), ale pozor &#8211; pak nem\u00e1te n\u00e1rok na&nbsp;n\u00e1hradu mzdy b\u011bhem v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016fty. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>V podstat\u011b je pro v\u00e1s v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 zaujmout vy\u010dk\u00e1vac\u00ed pozici, b\u00fdt se zam\u011bstnavatelem v&nbsp;kontaktu a&nbsp;sledovat situaci. I&nbsp;kdybyste m\u011bli pochybnosti o&nbsp;tom, \u017ee se tam vracet nechcete, vy\u010dkejte je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed t\u00edm, ne\u017e pod\u00e1te v\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f. Je \u0161ance, \u017ee se dohodnete jinak a&nbsp;je\u0161t\u011b neodejdete s&nbsp;pr\u00e1zdnou&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud pod\u00e1te po<strong> ukon\u010den\u00ed RD v\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f, <\/strong>pak po\u010d\u00edtejte s&nbsp;t\u00edm, \u017ee v\u00e1m pob\u011b\u017e\u00ed klasick\u00e1 <strong>2 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016fta<\/strong>, b\u011bhem kter\u00e9 byste m\u011bli b\u00fdt v&nbsp;pr\u00e1ci p\u0159\u00edtomni <em>(pokud se se zam\u011bstnavatelem nedohodnete jinak&#8230;)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Je\u0161t\u011b p\u00e1r drobnost\u00ed&#8230;.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>A\u017e do&nbsp;v\u011bku 8 let (pro samo\u017eivitelky 15 let) d\u00edt\u011bte v\u00e1s zam\u011bstnavatel nesm\u00ed bez va\u0161eho souhlasu vyslat na&nbsp;<strong>slu\u017eebn\u00ed cestu mimo okres <\/strong>va\u0161eho bydli\u0161t\u011b<\/li><li>Pokud po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1te o&nbsp;<strong>zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed pracovn\u00edho \u00favazku<\/strong> (nap\u0159. na&nbsp;20h t\u00fddn\u011b) nebo jinou formu pracovn\u00ed doby (nap\u0159. 4 dny po&nbsp;10h), zam\u011bstnavatel v\u00e1m <strong>mus\u00ed vyhov\u011bt<\/strong> <em>(do 15 let v\u011bku d\u00edt\u011bte nebo v&nbsp;t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed)<\/em>, ov\u0161em pouze pokud by to neznamenalo z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fd z\u00e1sah do&nbsp;provozu spole\u010dnosti (<em>chytr\u00fd dodatek, kter\u00e9ho m\u016f\u017eou firmy zneu\u017e\u00edt, tak pozor :))<\/em><\/li><li>Pokud se nem\u00e1te kam vr\u00e1tit, pak <strong>do 3 dn\u016f <\/strong>od ukon\u010den\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed nebo RD se nahla\u0161te na&nbsp;\u00daP. <\/li><li>Pokud do&nbsp;pr\u00e1ce nechcete nebo nem\u016f\u017eete nastoupit, nebo nechcete b\u00fdt vedeni na&nbsp;\u00daP, mus\u00edte se <strong>nahl\u00e1sit sv\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovn\u011b<\/strong> jako samopl\u00e1tce, m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed pojistn\u00e9 si budete hradit sami. <\/li><li>M\u016f\u017eete tak\u00e9 uplatnit mo\u017enost neb\u00fdt na&nbsp;\u00daP, z\u016fstat d\u00e1le doma a&nbsp;pe\u010dovat o&nbsp;d\u011bti <em>(v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b 1 d\u00edt\u011bte do&nbsp;7 let, v\u00edce d\u011bt\u00ed a\u017e do&nbsp;15 let v\u011bku)<\/em>, pak za&nbsp;V\u00e1s zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plat\u00ed st\u00e1t.
