Piln\u011b dodr\u017euje pracovn\u00ed dobu, ale ani minutu nav\u00edc.  Jeho pracovn\u00ed v\u00fdkon kles\u00e1, s&nbsp;n\u00edm i&nbsp;motivace a&nbsp;celkov\u00e1 soun\u00e1le\u017eitost s&nbsp;firmou.  V\u011bt\u0161inou s&nbsp;t\u00edm souvis\u00ed i&nbsp;nez\u00e1jem \u0161\u00e9f\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se sv\u00fdch lid\u00ed neptaj\u00ed na&nbsp;to, jak jsou spokojeni, co by zm\u011bnili, nenaslouchaj\u00ed jim. A&nbsp;zn\u00e1te v\u016fbec jeho o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed? P\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou vnit\u0159n\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdi m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i&nbsp;n\u011bjak\u00e1 radik\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bna a\u0165 u\u017e v&nbsp;\u017eivot\u011b zam\u011bstnance, nebo ve firm\u011b.
