Kdy\u017e p\u0159ijdete do&nbsp;jednoho z&nbsp;jeho podnik\u016f hned to pozn\u00e1te. Vid\u00edte, \u017ee to v\u0161ichni v&nbsp;t\u00fdmu d\u011blaj\u00ed r\u00e1di a&nbsp;proto v\u00e1s to tam bav\u00ed a&nbsp;chutn\u00e1 v\u00e1m. Petr nestoj\u00ed na&nbsp;m\u00edst\u011b a&nbsp;neust\u00e1le se sna\u017e\u00ed nab\u00eddku street \/ sushi bistra vyla\u010fovat a&nbsp;obm\u011b\u0148ovat. Neboj\u00ed se zkou\u0161et nov\u00e9 v\u011bci a&nbsp;sledovat trendy. P\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte si co obn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt od nuly s&nbsp;vlastn\u00edm projektem. M\u011bnilo se to v&nbsp;\u010dase nebo sis za&nbsp;t\u00edm, co te\u010f d\u011bl\u00e1\u0161, \u0161el odjak\u017eiva?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Kdy\u017e jsem se ve t\u0159in\u00e1cti rozhodoval, co d\u00e1l d\u011blat, kucha\u0159ina pro m\u011b byla jasn\u00e1 volba \ud83d\ude00 V\u016fbec ne, naopak, kdy\u017e pominu takov\u00e1 ta d\u011btsk\u00e1 vysn\u011bn\u00e1 povol\u00e1n\u00ed, jako je popel\u00e1\u0159 nebo doktor, <strong>a\u017e do&nbsp;odchodu ze \u0161koly jsem nem\u011bl p\u00e1ru, co budu d\u011blat<\/strong>, vyzkou\u0161el jsem des\u00edtky brig\u00e1d od kop\u00e1\u010de kanaliza\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpojek a\u017e po&nbsp;provozn\u00edho hudebn\u00edho klubu, ale nic, co by m\u011b opravdu chytlo. <\/p><p>Proto se mi celkem dost ulevilo, kdy\u017e si m\u011b to ve t\u0159e\u0165\u00e1ku na&nbsp;vej\u0161ce samo na\u0161lo a&nbsp;j\u00e1 mohl s&nbsp;\u010dist\u00fdm sv\u011bdom\u00edm odej\u00edt.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>J<strong>ak\u00fd obor jsi vystudoval? Pracoval jsi n\u011bkdy v&nbsp;t\u00e9 oblasti?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Jsem nedostudovan\u00fd t\u011blocvik\u00e1\u0159 a&nbsp;zapla\u0165p\u00e1nb\u016fh jsem v&nbsp;tomto oboru nikdy nepracoval. Ne \u017ee bych k&nbsp;tomuto oboru (stejn\u011b jako ke ka\u017ed\u00e9mu jin\u00e9mu) nem\u011bl \u00factu a&nbsp;respekt, ale moc dob\u0159e si uv\u011bdomuju, jak moc \u0161patnej a&nbsp;neobl\u00edbenej u\u010ditel bych byl \ud83d\ude42<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jakou pr\u00e1ci jsi d\u011blal, ne\u017e jsi otev\u0159el prvn\u00ed pobo\u010dku Street Sushi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><strong>V\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b jsem brouzdal oborem <\/strong>a sb\u00edral odvahu a&nbsp;prachy na&nbsp;prvn\u00ed krok \ud83d\ude42<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak bys popsal svoji p\u0159edchoz\u00ed \/ prvn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci jedn\u00edm slovem?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Zku\u0161enosti &#8211; ve v\u0161ech v\u00fdznamech toho slova a\u0165 u\u017e pozitivn\u00edch, tak negativn\u00edch.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co d\u011bl\u00e1\u0161 te\u010f? M\u016f\u017ee\u0161 sv\u016fj projekt trochu p\u0159edstavit?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b provozuji <strong>dv\u011b restaurace\/bistra a&nbsp;jeden food truck<\/strong>. N\u00e1\u0161 projekt je hrozn\u011b jednoduch\u00fd &#8211; nab\u00eddnout lidem skv\u011bl\u00e9 j\u00eddlo s&nbsp;maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017enou kvalitou surovin a&nbsp;takov\u00e9, kter\u00e9 bychom sami cht\u011bli j\u00edst a&nbsp;chutnalo n\u00e1m. <\/p><p>Dal\u0161\u00edm velk\u00fdm c\u00edlem je, d\u011blat tuto pr\u00e1ci pro radost a&nbsp;s radost\u00ed, s&nbsp;\u010distou hlavou a&nbsp;v p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9m kolektivu. Co to vy\u017eadovalo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Je to tro\u0161ku kli\u0161\u00e9, ale vyho\u0159en\u00edm ve sv\u00e9 p\u0159edchoz\u00ed pr\u00e1ci. <\/p><p>A co to vy\u017eadovalo?<strong> Nasadit si klapky na&nbsp;o\u010di, nep\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let nad t\u00edm, co v\u0161echno se m\u016f\u017ee pod\u011blat, rozhodnout se a&nbsp;makat. <\/strong>A taky maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed toleranci a&nbsp;podporu moj\u00ed \u017eeny.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co T\u011b na&nbsp;t\u00e9hle pr\u00e1ci napl\u0148uje? Pro\u010d ses v&nbsp;tom na\u0161el?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Bav\u00ed m\u011b rozmanitost.<strong> Ka\u017ed\u00fd den d\u011bl\u00e1m n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho, n\u011bkdy \u0159\u00edd\u00edm firmu j\u00e1, jindy \u0159\u00edd\u00ed firma m\u011b \ud83d\ude00<\/strong> Ne v\u00e1\u017en\u011b, v&nbsp;restauraci t\u011b\u017eko za\u017eije\u0161 stereotyp a&nbsp;v\u017edycky je co d\u011blat. Kdy\u017e n\u011bjak\u00fd stereotyp p\u0159ijde, je mo\u017enost ho okam\u017eit\u011b zm\u011bnit a&nbsp;jet d\u00e1l. <strong>Prost\u011b hledat cesty, aby t\u011b ta pr\u00e1ce nikdy neomrzela a&nbsp;aby t\u011b d\u00e1l a&nbsp;d\u00e1l napl\u0148ovala.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy to p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed? Co je na&nbsp;tom t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho?
